To establish a system that ensures the delivery of services that are efficient, transparent, and community-oriented, striving to achieve the highest standards of sanitation in Quezon City, comparable to those of the best cities from the rest of the world.


Daily regular waste collection services to all Quezon City barangays and households. Separate schedules for biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste, following a segregation-at-source policy.
Collection of large items such as tree trunks, furniture, and appliances. Requests can be submitted through the respective barangays.
Daily waste collection along major thoroughfares and other city-designated areas with a twice-a-day schedule.
Regular waste collection services provided for specific institutions within Quezon City.
Deployment of vehicles for waste collection or debris removal during crises (e.g., fires, typhoons, demolitions). Requests go through barangays.
Collection services for special wastes in hospitals, health centers, lying-in clinics, and other interim facilities to prevent cross-contamination.
Program for proper disposal of used-cooking oil to mitigate sewage clogging.
Daily cleanup of Quezon City's main rivers and tributaries to remove debris and improve water flow.
Regular cleanup operations targeting grass, earth mounds, and visible clutter in key areas.
Deployment of street sweepers for removal of visible clutter and beautification of primary roads.
Issuance of a one-year Environmental Clearance to compliant establishments, in line with QC Environment Code and relevant laws.
Review and response to sanitation-related complaints submitted via email or Facebook, which are forwarded to the appropriate division.
Inspections to ensure compliance with QC Environment Code; issuance of notices, orders, or Environmental Violation Receipts (EVR) as necessary.
Processing and payment of penalties for EVRs issued by Deputized Sanitation Enforcement Agents, as specified under City Ordinance SP-2350, S-2014.
Training program for qualified personnel to become Deputized Sanitation Enforcement Agents, aimed at strengthening enforcement of the QC Environment Code.
Multiple feedback and inquiry channels via Facebook, email, and Viber Groups to address citizen concerns efficiently.
Recyclables trading initiative with barangays, homeowners associations, and businesses—participants hand over materials in exchange for cash.
Accommodation of lectures, seminars, or training sessions for residents, homeowner associations, and organizations on waste management topics.
