Steps for Online Application:
- Fill out the application form via QC E-Services under Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS).
- Applications will be forwarded by the BPLD to DSQC through BOSS for initial evaluation.
- DSQC will process and prepare the Environmental Clearance, including its signatory.
- The approved Environmental Clearance (e-copy) will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant.

Note: Environmental Clearance Application is integrated with the application of Mayor’s Permit to the Business Permits and Licensing Department (BPLD) through QC E-Services BOSS. Hard copy of Environmental Clearance without deficient requirements is officially forwarded to the BPLD for inclusion in the Automated Document Delivery System (ADDS).

The DSQC provides daily regular waste collection services to all Quezon City Barangays and Households following a separate schedule for biodegradables and non-biodegradables as part of the segregation-at-source policy.
The DSQC provides service for bulky wastes deemed too large for regular waste collection, such as but not limited to, tree trunks, discarded furniture, and large appliances. Quezon City residents can avail of this service by submitting requests through their respective barangays.
The DSQC provides daily waste collection services along major thoroughfares and other areas as identified by the City, implementing a twice-a-day schedule.

The DSQC provides the deployment of support vehicles for waste collection or transportation in response to any crisis or as required by the City government and other requesting organizations/agencies. The DSQC facilitates the collection of special wastes in hospitals, barangay health centers, lying-in clinics, and other interim locations identified by the City government to aid in managing the quantity of special wastes and address the concern of cross-contamination.
The DSQC facilitates the collection of used cooking oil from various establishments to prevent improper disposal and promote recycling initiatives.
